2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account or updating your profile.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You may not create an account for someone else without authorization.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Memberships, tiers, and learning passes

Membership tiers, course access rules, learning pass usage, renewal rules, and upgrade conditions are described on the site and in our product documentation. Those rules may change as the service evolves.

  • Membership purchases and upgrades are only completed through the site flow we provide.
  • Learning pass benefits depend on the applicable tier and may expire or be exhausted according to the rules shown at checkout or in your account.
  • Referral codes must be valid under the rules presented during registration or purchase.

4. Courses and educational content

Course listings, speaker information, materials, schedules, and pricing are provided for convenience and may be updated at any time. We do our best to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that every listing is error-free or always available.

  • Some courses may be online, while others may require attendance at a physical location.
  • Access to course materials may depend on your enrollment status and membership eligibility.
  • You must not copy, resell, distribute, or publicly share course materials unless we or the rights holder expressly allow it.

5. Course enrollment cancellation

If you wish to cancel a course enrollment, you must contact the administrator to submit a cancellation request.

  • Cancellations are subject to approval by the administrator, who will process the cancellation on your behalf if approved.
  • If a learning pass free course access was used to register for the course, the free access will be restored upon cancellation.
  • If a review fee was paid at the time of registration, it will be refunded as a learning pass free course access, which can be applied to a future registration at no additional review fee charge.

6. Payment, refunds, and charges

If a course or membership requires payment, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charge. Prices, fees, and payment terms are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

  • We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions.
  • Unless a specific refund policy is stated for a product or required by law, all sales are final to the extent permitted.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or other fees imposed by your payment method provider.

7. User conduct

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Do not use the site to harass, mislead, or defraud others.
  • Do not bypass enrollment, attendance, or learning pass free access restrictions through technical or manual abuse.
